Papers, 1925-1928.

Correspondence, personal letters sent to her mother; her grandmother, Mary M.M. Taylor; her sisters, Louisa and Catherine Alger from Seattle, WA, aboard ship on the way to China, from CheFoo and Shanghai, China and Manila and Baguio, the Philippines, 13 January, 1925 to January 1928. Most of the letters contain information on her four children, family life, living conditions, climate, social life, daily routine and the health and education of her children. The family lived in the Far East as Mary's husband was on the USS NOA.

Louisa Taylor Alger was the wife of Philip R. Alger, naval officer.
